NORTH POINT SCHOOL came into existence with effect from 16th June 1991 from the noble thoughts of DR. Rajat Kanti Bhattacharjee, Mr. Debomoy Bhattacharjee, Mr. Debobrata Chakraborty and Mr. Rahul Bandyopadhyay and started to function in the residential premises of Late Rabindra Kumar Bhattacharjee accompanied voluntarily by Mr. Ajay Kumar Chakraborty of Assam as the first Principal of North Point School, Dharmanagar. The above 04 (Four) intellectual brains behind NORTH POINT SCHOOL later became the Trustee Members of NORTH POINT EDUCATIONAL & WELFARE TRUST which presently looks after the functioning and affairs of the school.
